We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping costs. The item must be returned, unused, or used, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit. A reason for less than 100% satisfaction must be written on the packing slip when returning product. Make People Better reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Send the product and receipt to our Returns Department. Pack the items carefully and securely. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Finance Department at 417.862.4887 within 30 days of delivery. Please supply your order number and item number from your original order. Make People Better will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. We do require the return of damaged product prior to replacement.
